Water appears near the machine?
Where did it first become visible and which stage was active?
Hoses, seals, dispensing and internal leaks need an inspection to distinguish them.
Water left behind, an unfinished spin and a programme that never starts need different observations.
Keep the sequence.
Watch from outside the machine: the selected programme, remaining water and display are useful clues.
Write down the last normal action, the first change and any exact message. A useful description separates what you observed from what you suspect.
West Wickham: the practical part.
Start with the full postcode and describe the entrance you actually use. A side passage, shared access or a step into a utility room can change how an appliance is reached.
Make the model useful.
This may be older installed equipment. Include original paperwork if available; a guide does not establish present production, parts stock or repair acceptance.
Use the label around the accessible door opening; leave the machine in place.
Another result to distinguish.
Water stays after the wash. Did the programme stop before spinning, and was a drain sound heard?
A restriction, pump operation or water-level sensing may need assessment.
After a power interruption
Write down what changed before you tried anything else. Preserve the exact display wording; do not repeatedly reset a tripping supply.
