Separate the cooling compartments
Watch separate the cooling compartments: a short guide to the observations and details that help prepare an enquiry.

Spoken guide
For a fridge or freezer problem, describe each compartment separately. Record the display, any alarm and when the change began. Minimise door opening and protect perishable food. Contact West Wickham Appliance Care with the full model and postcode. We consider accepted conventional domestic equipment. American style, side by side, compressor replacement and sealed refrigerant work are excluded.
